We only use your Personal Information for providing and improving functionality of the Site, including making appointments. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We do not share information with third parties. As a customer, your information is stored within the hosting server for customer appointments. We retain your data on record for future reference relating to your treatments.

If PayPal or a third-party payment gateway is used, the data you supply is stored by them and we have no control over that data. It is likely that you would have already created an account with those payment gateways and have already entered into a privacy agreement with them.

Upon successful transaction completion, data and customer information is passed to us via the third-party payment gateways (e.g. PayPal) in order for us to create a customer account where necessary. This may be in addition to the account set up with Schedul.

Without data being transferred to us from payment portals when used, we would not know who made appointments / ordered or where to make contact / send items. We reserve the right to retain data of customers for audit purposes and future customer service relating to your purchases and or appointments.
Log Data

Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site (“Log Data”).

This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

In addition, we may use third party services such as Facebook or Google Analytics that collect, monitor, and analyse this. These sites may also include payment websites / gateways such as PayPal.

We reserve the right to retain data where appropriate to keep a record of purchases and customers in the unlikely event of a customer dispute or product return at a later date.

Personal data supplied to us at point of sale is stored within the secure Shopify database system, sent over an encrypted https network.

If you would like to apply to have your data removed from our system, you can send us a request at info@absolutelyflabless.co.uk and we will assist you in the best way we can, notwithstanding our own rights to keep data on record.

Contact details, including email addresses, supplied at the point of sale / appointment may be used by us to communicate with the customer in direct relation to the website. These contact details will not be used for general marketing, nor will they be passed on to other agencies.
