All late deals are for new bookings only. Moving an appointment doesn’t count as a new booking. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before your booking by ringing or texting 07936386458.
We offer a range of treatments using high quality, authentic products tailoring our treatments to your specific needs. We cannot guarantee any product once you have left the clinic. If there is a problem with your treatment please tell us immediately and we will ensure you are 100% happy before you leave. If you don’t tell us at the time, we can’t rectify the situation before you leave.
If you do leave and a problem arises, DO NOT REMOVE your face/body products until we have seen them or advised you otherwise (including providing photographic evidence). We cannot assess any issues if we don’t have a product to asses. We will provide you with after care instructions and hope that you will do your best to adhere to our advice. If you do have a problem, we’d rather you told us than all your friends and we will do our very best to help!
We are happy to accept cash or debit/credit cards. Please ensure you have the funds available for your treatments at the time as we do not offer any credit services. Non payment will be reported to the police as theft. Booking Fees can be made via bank transfer or by popping into the clinic. We do not offer refunds on any of our treatments.
Due to the increasing numbers of no shows and late cancellations it has become necessary to introduce a booking fee for all appointments going forward. Currently we are losing approx. £16,000 pa due to late cancellations which cannot be filled.
ALL CLIENTS wishing to make a booking will be asked to pay a 50% non-refundable booking fee for all treatments.
Payments can be made in the clinic via cash or card as well as by invoice sent to the clients email address for direct payment. Payment is to be made upon receipt of the request/email invoice prior to bookings being confirmed. Non-payment of the booking fee will result in you losing your appointment slot.
Booking fees will be transferable if the appointment is changed prior to the 48 hour cancellation notice period otherwise they will be forfeited and will be kept as payment for a no show.
All booking fees will be deducted from the price of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
Our cancellation policy is 48 hours notice to cancel or amend your appointment.
This must be done by calling 07936 386 458. If we don’t answer, please leave a message and we’ll call you back. If you can’t get to a phone, please text 07936386458. We will text you back so you know we received your message.

By giving us at least 48 hours notice it gives us the chance to fill your unwanted appointment. Failure to do so will result in you forfeiting your 50% booking fee paid prior to booking and confirming an appointment.

WE OPERATE A STRICT NO CHILDREN POLICY
None of our treatments are suitable for under 18’s.
All treatments purchased as a course must be paid for in full in advance of the first treatment. All treatment courses must be taken within 12 months of the date of purchase; any treatments left untaken after 12 months will be forfeited.
Gift vouchers are available to purchase from the clinic they are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, they are non transferable for cash, no extensions will be given, no change will be given but part payment may be made in addition to the vouchers amount. Refunds will not be given for unwanted vouchers. If damaged, lost or ruined no replacements will be offered. Photocopies are not acceptable. They must be presented at the time of use.
We will always assess whether treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful, prior to any treatment being carried out. If not, we will inform you as to the reasons why. You will only be liable for the cost of the initial consultation, where applicable.
Andrea Lamport Pro Skincare will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provide Andrea Lamport Pro Skincare with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. Andrea Lamport Pro Skincare will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.
The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Andrea Lamport Pro Skincare regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit Andrea Lamport Pro Skincare’s liability for death or any personal injury resulting from Andrea Lamport Pro Skincare’s negligence.
